Payment must be made at the time of order using our accepted payment methods. We use secure third-party payment processors. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including taxes and shipping fees.

Payment Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your payment information. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmission over the internet.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer shipping within South Africa and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier issues, or customs delays.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We recommend insuring valuable shipments.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of our fragrance products, we offer limited returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Custom or personalized products are not eligible for return.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

8. Subscription Services

Our subscription services (including the Discovery Box) are subject to additional terms. Subscriptions are ongoing unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or terms with 30 days' notice. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grace Atelier Perfumery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
